Joshua Crabb has been a Coloradoan on and off since he was born. Joshua made Colorado a permanent home in 1999. He comes from a background in education and brings a personal understanding of needs, wants and desires to bear when working with his real estate clients.

Joshua Crabb attended Emporia State University and earned a Bachelors in Education, and his skills in teaching give him a unique insight into how to listen to clients so that he can bargain and protect them when finding the best property that matches their desires.

Joshua Crabb served 6 years in the Army Reserves and led a platoon of Medical Specialists to protect our front line heroes. Joshua was honored with 2 Army Achievement Medals for saving the lives of multiple casualties. Joshua learned the skills in leadership, teamwork, and organization unique to the armed forces, and brought them to bear in his Real Estate career to serve buyers and sellers.

Joshua Crabb entered the Real Estate world in order to be his own boss, provide for his family and help people accomplish their dreams of home ownership.

Joshua Crabb is married and lives in Fort Collins, CO with his beautiful wife, 2 young boys, 2 dogs, 1 cat and an axolotl (a very interesting amphibian). He spends his free time enjoying his boat on Horsetooth Reservoir and playing in the mountains.
